For Those Grieving A Relationship

You are here because you are in the process of grieving a relationship, this could be a break up, a divorce or the loss of a loved one. 

Grieving is the process in which what we once loved etches itself into the very fibres of our being. This process is painful and often times feels endless. It is as though the more we dared to fiercely love another, the more we have to sit through the process of grieving the loss of the one we loved. 

We want to close our hearts to the pain, we don’t want to sit with what is because we know this process is not easy. It almost feels unfair and unjust that we opened our heart and now have to process all of this pain.

I assure you, I understand what you are going through right now and as painful as grieving can be, I promise there is even more love on the other side of it. The love you find for yourself. 

Everyone needs time and space to grieve in their own ways, together we will find a way that feels right for you. I will hold this delicate space for you to touch the tenderness of your grief and together we will move through this beautifully painful journey with patience, care and love.

Once we have moved through this grief, new opportunities will arise and a new path will present itself to you. Once we have clarity about what needs to happen next, we will work on getting you to where you need to be for the next chapter of your life.
